先进药物递释系统全国重点实验室陈启鑫团队与美国辛辛那提大学医学院Jiajie Diao牵头为权威期刊《Advanced Drug Delivery Reviews》组织“亚细胞药物动力学超分辨成像”专辑

药物分子,无论是小分子(如中药活性单体)还是大分子(如多糖、蛋白质),都需要经历进入细胞、结合特定靶标、调节信号通路及发挥药理作用的一系列过程。深入探究药物在生命体内的动态过程,将药物学研究从宏观的组织/个体层面深入到微观的细胞/亚细胞层面,对指导药物筛选、揭示药物作用机制及解析药物发挥功效的微动力学具有极其重要的意义。近年来,诸如结构光照明显微镜等先进超分辨成像技术的发展,极大地推动了药物成像分析领域的研究。结合超分辨成像技术,陈启鑫教授于2019年首次提出“亚细胞药物学”的概念:利用超分辨成像技术结合荧光标记方法,示踪药物在亚细胞/单个细胞器内发挥作用的过程,从而更全面深入地了解药物行为,为药物筛选和药物分析领域提供了新的研究思路。

近日,山东第一医科大学先进药物递释系统全国重点实验室陈启鑫教授与美国辛辛那提大学医学院Jiajie Diao教授,应邀在国际权威药学期刊《Advanced Drug Delivery Reviews》(IF = 15.2)牵头组织了主题为“亚细胞药物动力学超分辨成像”(Super-resolution imaging of sub-cellular dynamics of drug molecules)的专辑,召集了国内外细胞成像、药物标记、药物递送和药物分析等领域的专家学者,全面介绍了亚细胞药物可视化的前沿成像技术和研究方法,并发布了“亚细胞药物成像”研究指南。

本专辑历时2年,共收录了14篇大型综述性文章(已有多篇文章进入ESI高被引)。本专辑是继陈启鑫教授提出“亚细胞药物学”概念之后,首次对亚细胞药物定性定量和定位成像分析新技术进行全面概述,涵盖了“亚细胞药物成像技术”、“亚细胞药物递送策略”、“亚细胞定量药物分析”、“亚细胞药物标记方法”、“亚细胞药物评价平台”、“亚细胞药物代谢”、“亚细胞药物靶向治疗”以及“亚细胞疾病诊断”这八大方向的“亚细胞药物成像”新技术与新方法研究指南。随着先进成像技术与药物研究的融合,亚细胞药物示踪技术将革新药物研究的技术方法,提高我们对药物分子动态过程的认知,通过从亚细胞层面深入探究药物的微动力学,推动药物开发向细胞和细胞器层面进一步深化。
