研究方向:
1. 基于荧光探针成像的生物活性研究
围绕与疾病相关的生物靶点,以小分子荧光探针成像为研究手段,进行基于靶点结构的生物活性研究。
2. 化学生物学研究
通过合理设计、合成、生物筛选、分离、富集等手段,获得能与氨基酸、蛋白、有机小分子、无机离子等靶物质特异性结合的探针。
